Mr. Cavataro has been an attorney since 1989 when he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Cavataro worked his way through law school as a litigation clerk, and also served Loyola as an Admissions Recruiter, speaking at national forums, including nationwide events in the World Trade Center in New York.

While in law school, Mr. Cavataro participated in the drafting of nursing home legislation, passed into law to provide protection for the elderly. After three years of representing corporate clients with the AV rated Chicago law firm of Arnstein & Lehr, Mr. Cavataro knew that he would rather fight to help people rather than defend big companies. In 1992 Mr. Cavataro joined the Law Team.

Since 1992 Mr. Cavataro has represented only people and their families, handling a wide variety of injury and wrongful death claims. Mr. Cavataro has litigated cases throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast and has been a key trial team member, prosecuting numerous cases to verdict, including an $8.1 million wrongful death verdict.

Mr. Cavataro has also presented appellate argument before the 4th District Court of Appeals. In recognition of his skill and compassion, Mr. Cavataro directs the firm’s Personal Injury Department.

Mr. Cavataro is admitted to the Florida Bar (1989) and the U.S. District Court for the So. District of Florida (1991). Mr. Cavataro is a member of the Florida Justice Association where he is an EAGLE Sponsor; the Palm Beach Justice Association (Member of the Board of Directors); the Palm Beach County Bar Association; and the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
