Case Manager/Paralegal

Melissa, who is originally from Texas, joined our Law Team in 2005 to continue her pursuit of helping others in need.  Melissa received her Paralegal diploma from Southern Careers Institute in 1995.  Since becoming a Paralegal, Melissa has been dedicated to the legal field and helping the innocent and injured. 

Recently, Melissa has shown a commitment to her chosen profession by obtaining status as a Florida Registered Paralegal through the Florida Bar.  She continued her studies and in 2011 obtained her national Paralegal Certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Melissa maintains an active Paralegal membership with NALA and is a member in good standing. 

Melissa has worked in the legal field for over 16 years specializing in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense.  She also has prior experience working in Family, Probate, and Corporate law.
