A native of Ecuador, South America, graduated with honors from “Uruguay” High School and completed two years of college in her native country and two years at the Bronx Community College in New York. Prior to joining The Law Team, Silvia had worked in the legal field in New York City for over 12 years, including Personal Injury Law, Family Law, Real Estate and Estate matters. Silvia joined our Law Team in July, 2004 and very much enjoys helping our clients. Silvia is bilingual which benefits our Spanish speaking clients.

Silvia has been married to Carlos Falconi for over 25 years and they have two adult daughters, Stephanie and Irina. Silvia enjoys her life in the sunshine State of Florida. In addition to sharing quality time with her family, she also loves home improvement activities, sports and fun time with her three cats whose favorite pastime is to chase lizards and birds in the backyard.
