Office Manager

Susan has been a member of The Law Team since April 2000. While she began working as the firm’s receptionist, after just a few years of managing the front desk, she became the firm’s Office Manager/HR Generalist.  Susan received her Certification in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University.  In addition to her management duties, Susan uses her experience as a graphic artist and artistic skills to provide us with our own “in-house design team”, designing and creating all of the firm’s marketing materials.  These creative works include illustrating all three volumes of the Bandit Safety Series Coloring Book, designing graphics for all of Fetterman and Associates’ commercial vehicles, the quarterly editions of The Fetterman Forum newsletter, as well as all of the literature and brochures distributed by the firm. 

Susan has lived in South Florida since 1984.  She married Ron Patton in October 2007 aboard the Carnival Liberty.  Together they enjoy traveling, and spending time with their friends and family.  They especially enjoy spending quality time with their beagle, Cricket.  Susan’s personal interests include painting, photography, dancing, and graphic design.
