Attorney and President

Founder of The Law Team, Evan Fetterman has practiced law since 1968. He attended Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1965. In 1968, he was awarded his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, and was admitted to the practice law in the state of New York that same year.

In 1973, he relocated to Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar. Evan continues to be licensed as an attorney in both Florida and New York. From the first small office in North Palm Beach, Florida, to our latest headquarters and three satellite offices, Evan has presided over the firm’s growth always with an eye to the most effective, compassionate, and cutting-edge legal representation of our clients. During his career, Evan has helped thousands of injury victims fight for their rights and has never represented insurance companies or big corporations. As the marketing mind behind the firm’s success, Evan is a trendsetter in south Florida legal circles in his innovative approach to law firm marketing, growth and success.
