Melissa Bledsoe
Case Manager
Melissa was born in Tennessee, raised in Texas, and moved to South Florida in March, 2003. While residing in Corpus Christi, Texas, Melissa graduated Flour Bluff High School and went on to complete her Paralegal studies with honors. Since receiving her Paralegal certificate in 1995, Melissa has been dedicated to the legal field and helping the innocent and injured.
Prior to joining the Law Team, Melissa has worked in the legal field for over 10 years specializing in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Defense. She also has prior experience working in Family, Probate, and Corporate Law. Melissa joined the Law Team in March, 2005 and is very excited about the opportunity to pursue her passion of helping others in need.
Melissa is married to Gary Bledsoe and they both love the great outdoors.
They enjoy spending their leisure time at the beach, fishing and camping,
skiing, and of course, spending time with their beloved dog, Bingo.

Bob Capobianco
Investigator / Paralegal
Bob Capobianco serves as our investigator. Hailing from Providence, Rhode Island he received his Associate of Arts Degree in Education in 1972 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Rhode Island College in 1974.
Moving to the Palm Beaches in 1974, Bob worked in many different capacities. First he was a Public Safety Officer where he was certified as a Policeman and Fireman for the North Palm Beach Public Safety Department. He next served as a Detective in charge of the Investigation Bureau and later retired as an Administrative Lieutenant. Retiring from public service in 1985, from 1984 to 2000 Bob established and, with the help of his wife, ran 3 independent businesses.
Bob’s affiliation with Fetterman & Associates started in 2002 with him becoming a client himself. Bob describes it in this way, “As a client I liked what I saw here. I liked the people and most importantly, their honesty and integrity. I am very happy to be a part of The Team.”
Bob is married to Coral Capobianco and has 2 wonderful children, Rachel
and Rob.

Susan Cramer
Office Manager
Susan Cramer has been a member of The Law Team since April 2000. Before joining The Law Team, Susan worked as a graphic artist for 6 years. Now, in addition to her management duties, she uses her artistic skills to provide us with our own “in-house design team”, designing and creating all of the firm’s marketing materials, including illustrating Volumes 1 and 2 of the Bandit Safety Series Coloring Book, designing the monthly editions of The Fetterman Forum newsletter, and designing all of the literature and brochures distributed by Fetterman and Associates.
Susan has always enjoyed interacting with all of Fetterman & Associates’ clients via telephone and in person. Her special interests include painting, dancing, writing poetry and graphic design. She is an animal lover, and proud owner of Cricket, a beagle pup born in December 1999.

Silvia Falconi
Case Manager
A native of Ecuador, South America, graduated with honors from "Uruguay" High School and completed two years of college in her native
country and two years at the Bronx Community College in New York. Prior to joining The Law Team, Silvia has worked in the legal field in
New York City for over 12 years, including Personal Injury Law, Family Law, Real Estate and Estate matters. Silvia joined our Law Team in
July, 2004 and very much enjoys her position by helping our clients whether by phone or in person. Silvia is also bilingual which is a
benefit to our Spanish speaking clients.
Silvia is married to Carlos Falconi for about 25 years and they have two daughters. Silvia enjoys her new life in the sunshine State of
Florida. Besides sharing quality time with her family, she also loves home improvement activities and fun time with her golden retriever
whose favorite pastime is to chase lizards and squirrels in the backyard.

Sandi Caimi
Case Manager
Almost a native to Florida, Sandi was born in Pennsylvania but grew up in Miami. She graduated from Miami-Coral
Park High School and attended Miami- Dade Community College. Sandi has completed her Legal Assisting education at
Indian River Community College with a 4.0 grade average.
Sandi has brought over 20 years experience in the industry to The Law Team. Prior to joining the team, Sandi worked
for a major insurance company in the field of bodily injury and litigation. She enjoys personal contact with Fetterman
& Associates' clients and assisting them through the claims process.
She is the mother of two sons. In her off time, she enjoys boating, water sports and Pilates.

Liliana Rietwyk
Case Manager
Liliana Rietwyk has been a member of The Law Team of Fetterman & Associates
for over two years. She began working with The Law Team early in 2005
and has very much enjoyed being a part of the close knit group of professionals.
She had previously been with the PBC Clerk’s office discovering
an interest in the legal field leading to a desire to pursue a career
in that field.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Hunter College, N.Y.C. and has a passion for painting, drawing and interior decorating.
Among her other interests are traveling, cooking and shopping. She is happily married to Eric and has two grown children. She also owns
an Eclectus parrot named Bob.

Barbara Tuman
Legal Assistant
Barbara has been with Fetterman and Associates for over 20 years now,
and is an invaluable member of the Law Team. A graduate of the Katherine
Gibbs School in Montclair, NJ, and married mother of three, Barbara
has been a legal secretary for 30 years. In addition to handling general
litigation matters, she handles all probate matters for the firm.

Cori Lehman
Intake Specialist
Born in Springfield, Ohio, Cori moved to Palm Beach County when she
was only 2 years of age. Cori is currently enrolled in Palm Beach
Community College with plans to receive her Associates Degree in Arts
by December. Cori intends to continue her education by earning her
Associates Degree and Science and Paralegal Studies. Her interest
in pursuing a career in the legal profession is what brought her to
The Law Team.
Cori enjoys watching movies, roller blading, and swimming. She
is an animal lover and owns two cats, Gucci and Prada, as well as a
Rat Terrier named Lil' Rascal. And, as Cori puts it, "they
are her world".

Leila Pavelic Gill
Case Manager
Leila was born in Pennsylvania, grew up in Delaware and has lived
in South Florida for 11 years. She graduated from the University
of Delaware and received her Paralegal Certification from Widener School
of Law. Before joining The Law Team, Leila worked for several
major insurance companies and has extensive experience in the areas
of property damage, casualty and litigation.
Leila enjoys assisting clients in dealing with the complexities of dealing with
the insurance carriers, helping make certain their medical and property damage
claims are processed promptly and fairly.
In her leisure time, Leila enjoys working out at the gym, gardening, reading
and volunteering at local animal shelters. She lives with her elderly cat,
Otis, and her slightly neurotic (he was rescued from severe abuse) dog, Gus.
